» Am I transferring ownership of my domain to Net-Force?
Absolutely not! When you transfer your domain to Net-Force, the only changes to your domain are the Name Server settings and the Technical Contact information. The Name Server change is required to use our services, while the Technical Contact is required so we can ensure your domain functions properly at all times. You are still the owner of your domain.

» Are there any hidden fees?
We do not have any hidden fees. Any additional fees are listed along with the particular service provided.

» How many times I can access my account?
With every Net-Force hosting account you will have unlimited access via our control panel or FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your Web pages on your own computer, on your own time, and upload files to your Web site at your leisure.

» Can I access my account before my domain name registered or transferred?
Yes, before your domain name resolves, we will give you the temporary web address so you can test or setup the account before your domain name fully propagates.

» Where are your servers located?
